This fall, several European cities will host information sessions and job fairs for those who have applied for Canadian immigration and are proficient in French.
More than 300 thousand immigrants arrive in Canada annually, and most of them speak only English. In this regard, Canada seeks to increase the French-speaking population and develop the French-speaking community in the country by attracting francophones in various ways.
This fall, the Canadian Embassy and provincial representatives will hold several events in Europe for applicants who speak French at a high level and intend to immigrate to Canada.
All of the information sessions and job fairs listed below will be held in French. However, some events will offer an opportunity to ask questions in both French and English.
