In the latest Express Entry draw held on November 13, Canada sent 3,600 invitations to immigration candidates. Meanwhile, the cut-off score decreased by 3 points.

The Government of Canada sent 3,600 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to permanent residence candidates during the Express Entry draw held on November 13, 2019.

The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS)’s cut-off score in this draw was 472, which is 3 points lower compared to the previous draw’s score set for all four federal immigration programs.

This year, the total number of ITAs issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) reached 75,300 so far. The goal is to invite 81,400 people by the end of the year, which is still far from the record number of invitees welcomed in 2018 (89,800 foreigners).

The history of cut-off scores and the number of invitations in the previous Express Entry draws can be found in our summary table.

IRCC used the tie-break rule in the draw held on November 13. This means that all candidates with a CRS score of 472 or higher, who received ITAs in this draw, submitted their profiles in the Express Entry system before October 8, 2019, 06:46 am UTC.

This was the 23rd round of Express Entry invitations in 2019 and the 130th overall.
